Job Description

As an Intern Customer Service representative, you have the opportunity to join an exciting new Chat & Calling function within the CS Team!


• Deliver immediate support to customers through our modern chat platform (Zendesk/Genesys), aiming to convert inquiries.

• Enhance customers’ trust in the Editage brand, differentiating it from competitors and improving conversion rates.

• Introduce a human touch to the customer shopping experience, thus positively impacting repeat business.

• Drive revenue by promoting our services to clients through chat interactions.

• Identify and provide solutions for website errors.

• Monitor customer feedback to identify business trends and communicate them to key stakeholders.

Qualifications and Prerequisites:

• Demonstrate a strong commitment to providing excellent service.

• Possess tech-savviness, comfortable with using various live chat software, and capable of multitasking.
