Key Responsibilities:
- Assist students in strengthening their understanding of Maths/Science subjects.
- Conduct online classes on our learning platform for students in grades 4 to 10, fostering a positive learning environment.
- Clarify doubts and provide error-free, step-by-step solutions to student questions.
- Assess student performance and offer constructive feedback for improvement.
- Meet the requirement of conducting 24 sessions per week with additional responsibilities of up to 12 hours beyond sessions.
- Engage in non-session activities primarily between 3:00 PM and 4:30 PM, while sessions are scheduled from 4:30 PM to 9:00 PM.
- Fulfill additional responsibilities, including parent-teacher meetings, homework correction, peer reviews, participation in training, and monthly tests.
- Undertake any additional workload aimed at enhancing student performance between 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM.

- Possess a passion for teaching with a commitment to making a meaningful impact in education.
- Demonstrate strong subject knowledge in Maths/Science for grades 4 to 10.
- Exhibit impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written, particularly in a camera-facing context.
- Ability to map theoretical knowledge to practical applications.
- Open to applications from both freshers and candidates with previous teaching experience.
- Showcase the ability to multi-task and think creatively in an educational context.
- Proficient in delivering lesson plans and adapting teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
