About the job Job Title: Business Development Associate (BDA)

Job Summary:

We are looking for highly motivated individuals to join our Business Development team as BDAs. As a BDA, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for BYJU’S products and services through acquiring new customers and managing accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business leads through online channels.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.
  • Establish and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and drive business growth.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • 0-3 years of sales or business development experience (both freshers and experienced individuals are preferred).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Passion for education and technology.


Stipend (during the Applicant Trainee Program): INR 16,600 for the complete 4-week training program.

CTC (after training): INR 7,50,000 – 8,50,000 per annum (4.5 lakh – 5.5 lakh fixed pay + 3 lakh performance pay) for Centre Sales (compensation varies by city).
