Qualifications

Your areas of responsibilities will include:

The PDF Mapping team is seeking a Junior Associate Cloud Operations Engineer (Data Validation role) in Chandigarh, India.

• You will be responsible for checking that the data is accurately captured in the system from the customer documents like Invoices and Credit Notes and make manual adjustments where the system has failed.
• Ensure high-quality data accuracy and continuous improvement of the process for our customers.
• Responsible for meeting quantity and accuracy requirements based on customer specifications and expectations, within the SLA and dedicated timeline.
