Key Responsibilities:
Projects/Change Management: Understand and communicate the drivers of change, demonstrating how they support commercial and stakeholder objectives.
Consultancy: Translate ideas into practical solutions with clear outcomes that align with stakeholder values and requirements.
Continuous Improvement: Challenge existing processes proactively, gather stakeholder feedback, and propose improvements that align with strategic goals.
Data and Analytics: Handle large data sets accurately, transforming them into concise insights and solutions that address business needs.
Resilience: Demonstrate adaptability in responding to changes, learning from challenges and setbacks, and celebrating achievements.
Client Advisory: Understand stakeholder requirements and perspectives, actively seeking context to support clients in achieving their goals.
Stakeholder Management and Leadership: Manage relationships primarily with internal Barclays colleagues and HR Transaction Cycles, while also engaging with other teams or external partners as needed.

Eligibility Criteria:
Bachelor’s degree completed or expected within the next 12 months.
