Key Responsibilities:
- Define the approach to gathering requirements, including structure, format, and level of detail.
- Drill down into high-level business needs and transform them into functional specifications for the Development Team.
- Liaise with various technical teams to help them understand the functionality and resolve any arising queries.
- Resolve and escalate issues that emerge from requirements gathering, such as lack of stakeholder engagement.
- Ensure the quality of requirements is fit for purpose.
- Plan and track progress for all requirements gathering activities.
- Perform gap analysis between required and existing functionalities.
- Conduct data mapping by associating attributes with their respective sources.
- Review test strategy, test scenarios, and test cases, supporting the testing process and resolution of defects.
- Utilize SQL skills to convert business requirements into technical steps.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience collaborating with colleagues across multiple global locations.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Experience or exposure to SQL
Preferred skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Visio, Excel, and Word.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
