Desired Skills and Abilities
BA/BSC or equivalent degree, or higher, in Data/ IT/ Computer Science or Math’s/ Engineering/ Sciences.
An understanding of application lifecycles and governance.
Software/coding experience.
Roles & Responsibilities:-
You will join us on an exciting and well-rounded learning journey through the IDA department, where we will expect you to apply your learnings to practical outcomes in each area.
You will undertake four rotations of six months each in the following departments, supported by a line manager and a Division Lead of each area.
Data Quality & Culture & Data Management
BI & Reporting
Data Science & Applied AI
Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, Data Modelling & Data Ingestion.
Throughout the Program, you will be exposed to various learning and development experiences such as in-person training, e-learning, conferences and workshops to develop your competencies in the areas of influencing and negotiating, communication, business acumen, project management, etc.
