Required Skills/Experience:
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with up to 1 year of operational experience.
- Strong communication skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, covering regions such as the Americas, EMEA, and ASIAPAC 24/7.
- Highly motivated and proactive, with a strong drive for professional growth and excellence.
- Ability to quickly adapt and learn.
- Foundational knowledge of infrastructure.
- Willingness to learn Identity and Access Management (IAM) technologies.
- Familiarity with Active Directory (AD).
- Competence in drafting professional emails.
- Strong communication skills for interaction with vendors, application users, and third-party service providers.
- Experience or familiarity with scripting languages like PowerShell, VBScript, BASH, Python, or Linux scripting.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree.
- Knowledge of Active Directory.
- Basic understanding of web development using HTML.
- Experience with Java and JavaScript.
- Proficiency in PowerShell.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow (SNOW) APIs.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a matrixed organization.
