Ability To Understand & Respond To All Customer Queries With Immediate Resolution (In Real Time) To Ensure Customer Satisfaction (Through Chat Or Phone, As Required).
Deliver Metrics According To Goals To Employees, Customers, And Shareholders.
Compliance with Quality and Compliance Standards.
Ability to recognise the tone and mood of the consumer through written and voice communication. Effective Verbal and Written Communication.
Flexible and customer-focused response to situations to provide superior service Personalization and empathy in communication.
The capacity to manage two or three chat chats at once.
Aim for Customer First Resolution (CFR) and lessen unfavourable demand.
Deliver to all critical metrics in accordance with organisational aims.
