Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and comprehensively to all customer queries to ensure satisfaction.
Achieve goals related to Employee, Customer, and Shareholder metrics.
Identify issues through feedback and recommend changes in workflows, procedures, and service levels based on customer demands to meet their needs, ensuring quality service consistently.
Adhere to quality and compliance guidelines.
Provide support for new initiatives within the directorate.
Balance customer interests with the interests of American Express.
Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, to identify and document necessary information.
Be aware that this role may be subject to additional background verification checks.
Be flexible to work in a 24/7 work environment.
Eligibility Criteria:
Possess effective communication skills, both written and oral.
Demonstrate an analytical mind and attention to detail.
Exhibit a high level of customer sensitivity, commitment, and service orientation.
Display a high level of result orientation.
Preferred skills:
Preferred experience with online credit card fraud prevention.
Experience in supporting payment transactions with a card processor.
Familiarity with supporting chargeback processes.
Demonstrated ability to make independent decisions and meet stringent deadlines. Proficiency in English.
Knowledge of Amex products is desirable.
