Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct impartial monitoring of all models within the organisation with a focus on Gen AI (Large Language Models) and Machine Learning-based models for marketing, credit, fraud, or other business/risk categories.
• Conduct gap analyses, create a strong framework, and raise regulatory standards by strengthening model risk controls.
• Carry out AI/ML research to look into ways to improve model quality and have an impact on the business.
• Sharing findings with partners, top leadership, and different model committees.

Eligibility Criteria:

• MBA, Master’s Degree In Machine Learning, Computer Science, Statistics Or Related Fields From Top Tier Institute.
• 0-3 years experience in Large Language Models  or big data workstreams.

Preferred skills:

• Practical knowledge of model building or validation.
• Strong relationship-building, analytical, and project management skills are essential for advancing validation activities.
• It is ideal if you have experience using sophisticated statistical and/or quantitative tools to solve business problems.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal abilities, as well as the capacity to function well in a group setting.
• The ability to work with cross-functional teams to advance project execution and validation.
• Effectively presenting complicated analytical data to senior management and business partners.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work under pressure and with shifting priorities.
