Key Responsibilities:
Develop, review, and execute strategic actionable insights and analytical solutions to drive profitable marketing and servicing actions.
Solve complex business problems by ideating, developing, and owning next-generation tech solutions, algorithms, and platforms.
Analyze data to derive business insights and create innovative marketing solutions.
Innovate and enhance existing solutions using big data and advanced analytics.
Build products that bring scale to critical initiatives and enhance productivity.
Eligibility Criteria:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or Engineering with relevant experience.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Self-starter with the ability to derive insights from data, recommend actions, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Creative thinker with the capability to learn quickly and navigate through unstructured initiatives.
Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in written and verbal communication with globally located partners.
Good programming skills are essential.
Knowledge of SAS, SQL, Java, Hive, Pig, Python, VBA is an added advantage.
