Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain dashboards and decomposition frameworks to track portfolio performance.
• Leverage new data sources (external/partner) to analyze the benefit landscape, enhance benchmarking frameworks, derive generational behavioral insights, and craft compelling narratives on portfolio trends.
• Conduct bespoke analyses and deep-dives across the portfolio and products to assess refresh impacts, optimize revenue, measure customer benefit usage and its impact, and monitor performance drivers.
• Identify growth opportunities and enhance customer engagement using new data and data science intelligence by designing customer segmentation frameworks, optimizing targeting strategies, and creating actionable triggers.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to manage enterprise-level data needs and enable competitive benchmarking of the portfolio at the industry level.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Post-graduate or graduate degree from a top-tier institution.
• 0-1 years of experience in data analytics.
• Self-motivated individual with the ability to derive actionable insights from data and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative thinker with the ability to learn quickly and solve unstructured problems.
• Capability to integrate and work with cross-functional business partners across the globe.

Preferred Skills:

• Proficiency in programming is an advantage.
• Familiarity with SQL and Python is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
