Key Responsibilities:
Conduct data collection activities associated with Amazon devices, applications, or services.
Carry out daily tasks as assigned, adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and predefined guidelines.
Actively participate in process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing the quality, efficiency, and accuracy of team processes.
Collaborate with the team manager to address delays or blocks in work caused by technical issues.
Report any issues with tools and software to the development team as required.
Uphold strict confidentiality standards and adhere to all applicable Amazon policies for safeguarding confidential information.
Eligibility Criteria:
Possess a Bachelor’s degree.
Demonstrate the capability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Adaptability to function effectively in an ambiguous and fast-paced work environment.
Proficient in working remotely in a work-from-home setup.
Exhibit a high level of attention to detail.
Preferred skills:
Demonstrate a proven track record of delivering performance metrics in an Operations environment.
Possess practical knowledge of data processing needs and associated trade-offs.
Have experience working in virtual environments.
