Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements using appropriate methods and models to determine suitable WCM (Web Content Management) solutions.
- Assess customers’ existing infrastructure capacity and performance, plan for future requirements, and prepare detailed proposals.
- Evaluate technologies and tools to identify and recommend prospective solutions.
- Collaborate within a technically focused team to provide expertise in designing and planning solutions.
- Work closely with clients, developers, system administrators, and business analysts to deliver Adobe AEM-WCM solutions.
- Design and implement integrations of third-party systems with Adobe CQ as part of the overall architecture.
- Contribute hands-on as part of the team and lead day-to-day technical activities, ensuring excellence in implementation.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Experience in designing and deploying Java/J2EE solutions on JCR-based WCM products.
- Expertise in CMS design, CRX, CQ WCM, DAM, and social collaboration tools.
- Proficiency in core web technologies, including XML, XHTML, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, JSP, and developing web services using RESTful implementations.
- In-depth knowledge of Java, Java EE, Servlets, JSP, Tag Libraries, and JSTL, with a strong understanding of enterprise Java frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate.
- Extensive experience with “Java CMS” frameworks, including:
- Apache Sling for content-centric application development.
- JCR and JSR-170/JSR-283 for content management.
- JSR-168 and JSR-286 for portal development.
- Apache Felix for OSGi bundle development.
- Strong verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
- Excellent client interfacing skills, ensuring effective collaboration.
- Knowledge and experience in configuration planning, testing, and change management.
- Preferred experience with Agile development methodology.
- Ability to act as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment is an added advantage.
