Key Responsibilities:
Analyze business requirements using appropriate methods and models to determine suitable WCM (Web Content Management) solutions.
Assess customers’ existing infrastructure capacity and performance, plan for future requirements, and prepare detailed proposals.
Evaluate technologies and tools to identify and recommend prospective solutions.
Collaborate within a technically focused team to provide expertise in designing and planning solutions.
Work closely with clients, developers, system administrators, and business analysts to deliver Adobe AEM-WCM solutions.
Design and implement integrations of third-party systems with Adobe CQ as part of the overall architecture.
Contribute hands-on as part of the team and lead day-to-day technical activities, ensuring excellence in implementation.
Eligibility Criteria:
Experience in designing and deploying Java/J2EE solutions on JCR-based WCM products.
Expertise in CMS design, CRX, CQ WCM, DAM, and social collaboration tools.
Proficiency in core web technologies, including XML, XHTML, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, JSP, and developing web services using RESTful implementations.
In-depth knowledge of Java, Java EE, Servlets, JSP, Tag Libraries, and JSTL, with a strong understanding of enterprise Java frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate.
Extensive experience with “Java CMS” frameworks, including:
Apache Sling for content-centric application development.
JCR and JSR-170/JSR-283 for content management.
JSR-168 and JSR-286 for portal development.
Apache Felix for OSGi bundle development.
Strong verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
Knowledge and experience in configuration planning, testing, and change management.
Preferred experience with Agile development methodology.
Ability to act as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment is an added advantage.
