Job Responsibilities and Professional Expertise :-

• Work on automating AV equipment configuration and auditing workflows or any other opportunities that may arise
• Documentation
• Maintain system documentation and prepare periodical reports
• Technologies
• Cisco Call Manager, Unity Connections, CUPS platforms, UCCE, VoIP, Audio DSPs, Video Codecs, Control systems, Blue Jeans, MS Teams

Eligibility Criteria:-

• Day-to-day support for MS Teams-related issues and other AV issues across the globe.
• Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of conferencing and voice equipment, perform fault and problem management to ensure services are maintained.
• Hands-on experience in supporting, troubleshooting, and administering MS Teams, Cisco Call Manager, Unity Connections, CUPS platforms, and UCCE
• Good understanding of Signaling protocols like SIP, H.323, MGCP SCCP, and XMPP
• Good understanding of L2/L3/L4 networking protocols like (TCP/IP), TLS, RTP, SRTP, etc.

Required Technical and Preferred Skills Set:-

• Familiarity with Internet Telephony, T-1, E-1, SIP and POTS lines
• Automation skills like Robotic-Process-Automation (UIPath, etc.), Python coding, etc. will be a big plus
• Exposure to Video Codecs for Cisco/Polycom/Crestron/Logitech/Dolby, AV systems, or H.264/H.265 is a plus
• Exposure to Audio DSPs (Bi-Amp or Polycom Sound Structure) is a plus
• Must have strong communication skills and the ability to work individually within a team
• Must have a strong sense of humor
