Job Description:-

  • Regularly provide coaching and guidance to employees, integral to their career progression, fostering realistic expectations, and aiding in bridging cultural disparities.
  • Offer continuous support to employees throughout the process of aligning individuals with projects, facilitating the identification of optimal internal positions based on individual interests and aspirations.
