Job Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of customer-reported issues and resolve them by providing effective solutions.
- Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions to address system/application issues.
- Follow standard procedures for the proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
Technical Experience:
- Install and configure various applications.
- Implement installation and configuration of the operating system using methods such as WDS, GHOST, Bootable PD, etc.
- Ensure proper logging of all issues.
- Document technical issues in the knowledge database.
- Demonstrate the ability to learn and work with changing and emerging technologies. Certification in new technologies like Azure and AWS will be considered an advantage.
- Monitor users’ system issues until resolved, adhering to the SLA.
Professional Attributes:
- Possess good technical skills and stay abreast of current technology trends.
- Exhibit effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrate Tech-Savviness.
- Be flexible to work in all shifts and handle pressure situations.
- Possess good analytical skills.
Educational Qualification: Completion of 15 years of full-time education.
