What would you do? You will be part of our Customer Support vertical, assisting in managing and resolving customer queries, handling escalations and complaints from dissatisfied customers, and providing the best possible solutions. Additionally, you will be responsible for closing faults and complaints within SLAs. Working as part of the IT Help desk team, you will assist with application-related technical issues. Your primary communication channels will be voice interaction, email, web tickets, and remote support, responding to incidents and issues reported by customers. This role is aligned with our Customer Service Technology Support team, which provides technical assistance for specific systems, software, infrastructure, and troubleshooting technical problems.
