Key Responsibilities:
- Assist insurers in redefining customer experiences and driving innovation for sustainable growth through the transformation to an intelligent operating model.
- Develop and deliver business solutions to support the claims lifecycle, including first notice of loss, claims investigation, payment administration or adjudication, provider reimbursement (health care), subrogation, and recovery processes.
- Collaborate with the claims processing team to manage end-to-end data collection and processing for efficient claims handling.
- Solve routine problems by referring to established guidelines and precedents.
- Interact primarily with your immediate team and direct supervisor to ensure alignment and task completion.
- Follow detailed instructions for assigned tasks and ensure quality in all deliverables.
- Make decisions within the defined scope of work, with close supervision to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Function as an individual contributor within a narrowly defined scope of work as part of a larger team.
- Work in rotational shifts as required to meet operational needs.
