Key Responsibilities:
- Support the delivery of small to medium-sized teams in consulting projects for global clients.
- Contribute to strategy, implementation, process design, and change management for specific modules.
- Work as part of a team or as an individual contributor on assigned projects, utilizing skills in Data Engineering and Data Science.
- Develop assets, methodologies, points-of-view, research, or white papers for use by the team and the broader community.
- Work on various projects involving Data Modeling, Data Engineering, Data Visualization, and Data Science.
- Acquire new skills with utility across multiple industry groups.
- Support the development of strategies and operating models for business units and assess competitive responses and implementation readiness.
- Present functional aspects of projects to internal or client audiences as required.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field.
- Understanding of Pharma data sets such as commercial, clinical, Real World Evidence (RWE), and Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
- Hands-on experience working with data in areas like real-world evidence, R&D clinical data, and digital marketing data.
- Proficiency in building and deploying statistical models and machine learning algorithms, including segmentation, predictive modeling, hypothesis testing, multivariate analysis, time series techniques, and optimization.
- Experience handling datasets like Komodo, RAVE, IQVIA, Truven, and Optum.
- Proficient in programming languages such as R, Python, SQL, Spark, etc.
- Ability to work with large data sets, perform data management using databases like SQL, and present findings to key stakeholders.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for deploying and scaling models.
Preferred skills:
- Familiarity with Data Visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, QlikView, or Spotfire is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Proficiency in Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, and other standard office tools.
- Ability to solve complex business problems and deliver high client satisfaction.
- Strong writing skills to develop points of view on current industry trends.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
