Key Responsibilities:
- Align with the Finance Operations vertical to determine financial outcomes by collecting operational data and reports, conducting analysis, and reconciling transactions.
- Optimize working capital, ensure real-time visibility, manage end-to-end revenue and cash flow, and streamline billing processes.
- Oversee processes from customer inquiries and sales orders to delivery and invoicing.
- Handle queries related to cash applications and coordinate with customers.
- Apply unapplied cash, reconcile suspense accounts, and process payments from receipt to finalization.
- Extract bank statements and create receipts as required.
- Apply cash based on remittance details.
- Perform bank reconciliations and process adjustments for variances.
- Process refunds efficiently and accurately.
- Participate in daily team huddles and follow provided instruction manuals.
- Meet quality and productivity targets consistently.
- Share workload with peers as needed and serve as a backup to the team lead.
- Support MIS reporting and contribute to team huddles.
- Submit ideas for process and system improvements.
- Support audit requirements and ensure compliance with Accounts Receivable (A/R) procedures.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Strong problem-solving skills with a process-oriented approach.
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
- Ability to establish and maintain strong client relationships.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- In-depth experience in the Accounts Receivable domain, including cash application and refund processes.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and process transactions as per the provided instruction manual.
- Passion for resolving customer queries efficiently.
- Willingness to take on a leadership role in the absence of the team lead.
- Support daily team huddles and contribute to MIS reporting.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the end-to-end order-to-cash process.
- Familiarity with PeopleSoft software.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools, including MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
