Job Description

What would you do?

The Software and Platform vertical aims to support and enhance the businesses of leading platform companies by being their trusted, innovative, comprehensive, and experienced partner. As a member of the Transaction Risk Management team, your role will involve reviewing potential fraudulent or high-risk transactions and taking necessary actions on customer accounts according to the client’s defined policies. You will screen applicable Know Your Customer (KYC) documents, authenticate customer profiles, and investigate fraud claims while adhering to client policies. In Risk Management, you will be responsible for anticipating, planning, and responding to project risks and issues, including assessing their severity, likelihood, and implementing mitigation and contingency plans. An agile approach will be expected, integrating risk management into scrum roles, artifacts, and events to ensure continuous project delivery.
