Skills & Requirements

We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications:

  • The ability to swiftly anticipate and resolve business issues with agility.

  • Proficiency in test automation engineering, including the creation of test designs, processes, cases, and data.

  • Ability to design testing scenarios for usability testing.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants who have completed their full-time education in B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech, MCA, and M.Sc. (CSE, IT only) in the years 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023 from any stream/branch are eligible to apply. Please note that candidates who pursued their education through part-time or distance education will not be considered.

Additionally, applicants must not have any active backlogs during the application and onboarding process. They should also not have participated in the Accenture Recruitment assessment/interview process in the last three months.

Candidates with up to 11 months of experience are eligible to apply. Moreover, candidates must possess the relevant work permit documents or Indian citizenship to be eligible to work in India. Please note that individuals from Bhutan and Nepal do not require a work visa to work in India. However, all other foreign nationals must obtain a work visa, Overseas Citizenship of India (OCI), or Person of Indian Origin (PIO) card to work in India.

Assessment Process

Once deemed eligible, you will receive an email invitation to attend online assessments. The assessment is split into two stages and must be completed within the scheduled time frame.

Mock Assessment: To ensure you have the necessary hardware, software, and internet connection, a mandatory 20-minute mock/practice assessment will be conducted. It will provide you with the experience of the assessments and ensure a seamless process.

Assessment #1: Cognitive and Technical Assessment This assessment will have a duration of 90 minutes. The Cognitive and Technical Assessment consists of 50 questions on English ability, critical thinking and problem-solving, and abstract reasoning. The Technical Assessment covers 40 questions on common applications and MS Office, pseudocode, fundamentals of networking, security, and cloud. Immediately following the completion of the Cognitive and Technical Assessment, the coding assessment will begin. It is mandatory to participate in the coding assessment after completing the Cognitive and Technical Assessment. If a candidate fails to participate in any of our assessments, the process will end for their candidature.

Assessment #2: Coding Assessment This assessment will have a duration of 45 minutes. It will comprise of two questions that must be solved using any one of the following languages: C, C++, Dot Net, Java, or Python.

Assessment #3: Communication Assessment (Optional) This assessment is approximately 30 minutes long. The candidate will receive a separate email with login details and timelines to participate in this assessment. The Communication Assessment will evaluate the candidate on the parameters of sentence mastery, vocabulary, fluency, and pronunciation in interviews.
