Key Responsibilities:
Update and maintain customer data records in the database, including contact details, addresses, billing information, credit limits, and other relevant data as per ABB policy.
Perform regular data audits and validations to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of customer data. Identify and rectify any data discrepancies or errors.
Implement and enforce data governance policies and procedures related to customer data as established by ABB.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate customer data across various systems and platforms, ensuring data consistency and synchronization.
Generate reports and provide insights on customer data metrics, trends, and patterns to support decision-making processes.
Identify areas for process improvement related to customer data management. Propose and implement solutions to enhance data quality, efficiency, and accuracy.
Develop and deliver training materials and documentation related to customer data management processes and best practices.
Eligibility Criteria:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
0 to 1 years of experience in the Order to Cash process (O2C), encompassing Customer Master Data, reconciliation, collection management, reporting, and accounting.
Flexibility to work various shift timings.
Preferred skills:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Understanding of data governance principles and practices.
Familiarity with data privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA.
