Key Responsibilities:
Gather and document functional and business requirements effectively.
Test and validate deliverables to ensure alignment with defined requirements.
Create user stories in tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps (ADO).
Utilize process mapping tools like Lucidchart, Visio, or similar for workflow and process documentation.
Work with interoperability standards, such as Peppol, to ensure compliance and standardization.
Operate within an Agile framework and contribute to Agile practices.
Experience in commercial product development is an added advantage.
Manage multiple priorities simultaneously and perform tasks with moderate supervision.
Eligibility Criteria:
Experience working with enterprise customer accounts or customer implementations.
Strong understanding of e-invoice processes and their application.
In-depth knowledge of ERP business processes, such as Order to Cash and Procure to Pay.
Good understanding of field mapping across various data sources.
