Key Responsibilities:

• Post job openings on various job portals to attract suitable candidates.
• Conduct preliminary screening of candidate profiles to assess suitability for roles.
• Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling and communication with stakeholders.
• Manage and maintain recruitment-related MIS (Management Information System) for tracking and reporting purposes.
