Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Project Management and Data Analysis:

• Oversee the technical scope of the project, ensuring alignment with requirements at all stages.
• Gather and analyze information from various sources, including data warehouses, databases, and data integration systems, to identify patterns and trends.
• Develop and implement record management processes and policies to ensure efficient data handling.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients at all levels, understanding and addressing their requirements.
• Provide clients with sales data, proposals, data insights, and account reviews to support business goals.
• Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and automate processes.
• Set up and maintain automated data workflows and processes.
• Research, evaluate, and implement external tools and services for data validation and cleansing.
• Develop and monitor key performance indicators to track project and business performance.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Analyze data sets to extract and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to fully understand data content and requirements.
• Design and conduct surveys, analyzing data to meet customer needs and objectives.
• Interpret complex data sets related to customer businesses and prepare detailed reports for internal and external stakeholders using business analytics tools.
• Create dashboards, graphs, and visualizations to showcase business performance and provide sector and competitor benchmarking.
• Extract and analyze large datasets, draw meaningful inferences, and present findings to management using reporting tools.
• Develop predictive models to provide insights tailored to client requirements.
