Role Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable data pipelines using Python or VBA to manage and load substantial datasets into databases effectively.
• Ensure the stability and reliability of systems through comprehensive code reviews, unit testing, regression testing, user acceptance testing, DevOps practices, and providing production support at level two.
• Develop, execute, and maintain automated workflows that streamline processes for business partners.
• Write and optimize SQL queries to analyze and manage data stored on servers efficiently.
• Maintain thorough documentation of automation processes and utilize distributed version control systems, such as Azure DevOps, to ensure continuity and knowledge sharing.
• Build and maintain visually appealing and insightful dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to aid decision-making.
• Deliver innovative tools and solutions for complex challenges, making them accessible for non-technical users.
• Apply AI techniques, including Machine Learning (ML), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Large Language Models (LLMs), to improve processes and workflows.
• Develop and refine predictive, classification, and regression models to enhance operational efficiency.
• Leverage AI services from platforms such as Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, and OpenAI to provide rapid solutions for specific problems.
• Enhance the quality of responses by optimizing Large Language Model (LLM) prompts and contextual information.
• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of team processes and methodologies.
• Foster collaboration, assist team members, and continuously work on professional skill development.
• Stay updated on advancements and best practices in AI, data analytics, and process automation.

Skills/Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Over four years of experience in Python programming, including expertise in object-oriented design and working with libraries for document handling, NLP, ML, and AI.
• Proficiency in designing and managing relational databases for over four years, with knowledge of NoSQL databases and data processing automation.
• Experience in natural language processing and data science is highly desirable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as GIT or Azure DevOps.
• Hands-on experience in developing and applying AI/ML models to optimize processes.
• Strong creative problem-solving skills to devise innovative solutions.
• Expertise in fine-tuning open-source LLMs and proficiency in prompt engineering.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Strong analytical mindset and keen attention to detail.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
• Ability to work with diverse, multidisciplinary teams and adapt to different cultural and professional backgrounds.
• Demonstrated experience in managing end-to-end project lifecycles and leading high-performing teams.
• Project management skills are an added advantage.
