Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the manufacturing line for Power Electronics and RF Coils.
• Resolve quality issues on the production line.
• Ensure the timely calibration of all equipment as per the schedule.
• Review and maintain calibration reports for compliance and accuracy.
• Perform verification and validation activities related to equipment and production processes.
• Prepare and maintain validation and verification reports.
• Support the installation and maintenance of equipment.
• Assist with ordering tools and equipment for manufacturing operations.
• Address non-conforming material reports from the production line on a daily and weekly basis.
• Manage the non-conforming products area effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and supplier quality engineering teams to resolve issues and manage rejected materials.
• Coordinate with suppliers to address part rejections and rework activities, ensuring alignment with production line requirements.
• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of work instructions, including revision history.
• Support the preparation and revision tracking of Device History Records (DHR).
• Facilitate engineering change communications and document distribution across cross-functional teams.
• Train the manufacturing team on updates to work instructions.
• Develop solutions to address quality, cost, and productivity challenges.
• Act as a support member for Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) initiatives.
• Maintain an inventory of capital goods and ensure proper traceability.
• Execute Poka-Yoke projects for jigs and fixtures to simplify and enhance the manufacturing process.
• Support the implementation of Kaizen initiatives across the manufacturing lines.
• Assist the manufacturing team in driving Lean Action Workouts to improve operational efficiency across the site.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of relevant experience.

Preferred Skills:

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to analyze and effectively resolve problems.
• Proficiency in documenting, planning, marketing, and executing programs.
• Strong project management skills with demonstrated experience.
