Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the pricing strategy for the assigned category.
- Own and achieve both topline and bottom-line targets for the managed category.
- Drive revenue and growth for the category by expanding brand presence on the platform, and increasing customer acquisition and retention.
- Manage and optimize supply-side selection metrics, ensuring the right selection width and depth for the category.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possess 1-4 years of total experience, with 1+ years in e-commerce, high-growth startups, or analytics fields considered an advantage.
Technical Skills:
- Must Have: Proficiency in MS Excel and SQL.
- Good to Have: Knowledge of Power BI and Python.
- Capable of managing multiple senior stakeholders independently.
- Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience in preparing business documentation and presenting to senior stakeholders.
- Able to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and interact with all levels of management.
- Results-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work independently with minimal supervision.
