Key Responsibilities for Business Analyst:
- Envision and design digital solutions that balance business needs, user requirements, technology capabilities, limitations, standards, quality aspects, quick wins, and future demands.
- Serve as a bridge between business and development teams, guiding both sides toward a solution that delivers business value.
- Conduct formal interactions and workshops with stakeholders to identify requirements and design effective solutions.
- Possess a deep understanding of feasibility and how to provide value to both users and the client’s business.
- Guide and mentor junior team members in design and solution delivery processes.
- Explore and investigate the potential use of new technologies to enhance business solutions.
Key Responsibilities for Business Advisor:
- Shape the client’s vision by understanding user and stakeholder needs and aligning them with business goals.
- Perform elicitation of processes, data, and capabilities to define both current and future target processes.
- Derive and document business requirements for current and future solutions based on elicited information.
- Conduct meetings and workshops to elicit, understand, and document business requirements using domain expertise.
- Produce process and data models to represent the current and/or future state of the business as needed.
