Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the creation, modification, and revision of technical manuals and documentation across various domains.
- Conduct impact analysis based on engineering change requests.
- Perform extensive research to ensure adherence to applicable regulatory requirements.
- Execute tasks using customer-specific project tools and update status in Capgemini workflow management systems.
- Follow defined processes and standards for the customer.
- Conduct internal and external rejection analysis, participate in knowledge-sharing sessions, and ensure preventive measures to maintain quality KPIs.
- Communicate with subject matter experts (SMEs) as needed to ensure quality KPIs are met.
- Participate in peer reviews and follow review cycles to ensure accuracy and a “Right First Time” approach.
- Visualize and create images, mark-ups, or additional instructions for illustrators when necessary.
