Key Responsibilities:
- Manage user access and permissions for SharePoint sites.
- Troubleshoot and provide technical support for SharePoint-related issues.
- Ensure smooth operations, security, and optimization of SharePoint environments within the organization.
- Configure new SharePoint sites and ensure proper setup.
- Monitor bandwidth usage and system performance.
- Run and deploy custom features to enhance SharePoint functionality.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant industry field (required).
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Engineering (preferred).
Skills Required:
- Advanced SharePoint skills with extensive experience.
- Proficiency in Windows PowerShell.
- Strong knowledge of information security, networking, and network security.
- Experience with SharePoint Designer and the Sharegate tool.
- Good understanding of O365 messaging infrastructure design and functionality.
- Ability to troubleshoot mail flow issues in O365.
- Knowledge of Azure Active Directory and Azure AD Connect.
- In-depth knowledge of O365 licensing models.
- Strong understanding and troubleshooting skills related to OneDrive for Business and Microsoft Teams issues and design.
- Good understanding of distribution groups, dynamic DLs, security groups, and O365 groups.
- Knowledge of Change Management, Problem Management, Incident Management, Service Requests, and ITIL processes.
- Ability to coordinate with vendors on critical issues effectively.
