Hiring for Aeronautical / Aerospace Graduates (2023 & 2024)
Position: Analyst
Location: Bangalore

Required Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Aeronautical/Aerospace Engineering (2023 & 2024 pass-outs).
Applicants must not have any active backlogs during the hiring process or at the time of joining.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in the creation, modification, or revision of technical manuals and documentation across different fields.
- Analyze engineering change requests and perform thorough impact assessments.
- Conduct extensive research to ensure compliance with relevant regulatory standards.
- Utilize customer-specific tools for project management and update progress in Capgemini’s workflow systems.
- Adhere to customer-defined processes and quality standards.
- Carry out internal and external rejection analysis, share knowledge, and focus on preventing future rejections to uphold quality KPIs.
- Communicate with subject matter experts when needed to meet quality goals.
- Participate in peer reviews, following review cycles to ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate with illustrators by providing visualizations, mark-ups, and additional instructions when necessary.
Assessment Process
- Assessment 1: English MCQ + Cognitive test (Clearance depends on performance across all modules).
- Assessment 2: Technical Interviews.
