Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct process audits for agents, following the specified procedures and guidelines (1 audit per agent per week).
- For agents performing in the bottom quartile, conduct 3 audits per agent per week.
- Prepare audit findings and share reports with the client and account leadership on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis as required.
- Perform weekly analysis to identify error trends, and conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for the top two recurring errors.
- Facilitate calibration communication to relay any updates from the client, and conduct refresher training sessions to address skill gaps resulting from these changes.
