Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with data scientists to design and build automated, deployable solutions using data orchestration tools like AirFlow.
Develop and maintain front-end interfaces for data science applications, improving user experience and interaction with complex datasets.
Assist in the design and implementation of database solutions and data pipelines, supporting analytics and machine learning projects.
Lead the integration of Python-based models with databases via RESTful APIs to enable real-time data processing and analytics.
Utilize Docker for application containerization and Git for version control, ensuring high code quality and efficient team collaboration.
Successfully deploy applications on AWS, optimizing cloud resources for scalability and cost efficiency.
Contribute to the development of internal tools and platforms using technologies like Django and/or Streamlit to enhance productivity and reduce project delivery times.
Engage in continuous learning to stay updated on emerging technologies and methodologies in data engineering and software development.
Eligibility Criteria:
A Master’s or advanced degree in a field related to analytics such as Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), Operations Research, or Engineering.
If holding a Bachelor’s degree in any of the fields mentioned above, a stellar academic record with proven ability in implementing applications and managing the end-to-end delivery cycle of analytical solutions, including hosting, is required.
Excellent proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, Ajax, working with APIs (RESTful or otherwise), a coding language such as C or Java, with intermediate exposure to Python.
Skills and experience with Django and/or Streamlit would be preferred but are not mandatory.
Good-to-have (but not necessary) exposure to cloud platforms like AWS or Azure, and experience with deploying Python-based solutions. Familiarity with Airflow, Snowflake, PySpark, Git, and Docker is a plus.
Ability to fit into a team-oriented structure, with a collaborative working style similar to a college or hostel environment, ensuring open communication and mutual support.
At least 1-2 years of demonstrated experience in data engineering and software development if holding a Master’s degree; at least 3 years of a proven career track record if holding a Bachelor’s degree.
Proven ability to manage and deliver data-driven projects.
