Key Responsibilities:
- Develop an upgrade process for the EMR service to enhance functionality, compliance, and security.
- Gaining a thorough understanding of the existing EMR service and infrastructure for various product teams.
- Evaluating and exploring new features available in the latest version of EMR.
- Collaborating with subject matter experts (SMEs) or teams to understand requirements and propose process improvements to the solution.
- Building and testing the upgrade process to ensure successful implementation.
