Roles & Responsibilities:-
As a Campus Recruitment Intern, you will tackle those questions and many more. You’ll do that by directly working with our Recruiting Team Manager, whom you’ll report to. Looking for someone willing to take ownership, has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and is proactive. The ideal candidate should have great people skills and/or sales/recruiting experience.
- Conduct research and source leads on LinkedIn.
- Follow a detailed recruitment plan and processes while adding your own creative touch to reach and exceed your individual goals.
- Screen potential CM candidates.
- Scheduling initial prospecting meetings with our in-house Interviewing team.
- Work with our fellow Campus Recruiters to hit quarterly recruiting team goals.
- Prepare a weekly report on recruiting metrics.
- Coordinate with our interview & training teams.
