Job Description
You will contribute significantly by:
- Supporting backend operations for various functions such as support functions, JV processing, Workflow monitor, CCM & PEGA monitor, and addressing email queries.
- Engaging in tasks related to savings coordination, analyzing key figures, budget/forecasting, generating management reports, and creating presentations.
- Ensuring accurate and timely distribution of management reports.
- Developing MIS documentation to facilitate smooth operations and system maintenance.
- Collaborating with reporting managers and business units to address customer service issues.
- Continuously following up and resolving pending queries while providing recommendations for enhancing current MIS to improve reporting efficiency and consistency.
Your success depends on:
- Demonstrating excellent collaboration, communication, and analytical skills.
- Holding a bachelor’s degree with a minimum aggregate of 60%.
- Possessing strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Having a basic understanding of Excel, VBA, and PowerPoint.
- Being open to working night shifts or early morning shifts.
