Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Designing, analyzing, and troubleshooting Tableau reports while ensuring the maintenance of content on server environments.
• Possessing strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively understand and address business needs.
• Demonstrating strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and being a self-directed team player who excels in dynamic environments.
• Showing proficiency in following structured documented procedures and quickly learning new technologies.
• Prioritizing tasks effectively and efficiently problem-solving when necessary.
• Utilizing experience to manipulate and analyze complex, high-volume, and high-dimensionality data from various sources, employing tools such as ETL, SQL, MS Excel, etc.
Specific Job Duties:
The day-to-day responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to: • Gathering and interpreting business requirements.
• Possessing basic skills in database languages.
• Configuring and managing permissions for Tableau applications.
• Creating Sites and Project folders across various domains.
• Deploying artifacts within a 24-hour SLA.
• Scheduling refresh tasks for published VIZ Artifacts.
• Verifying published artifacts post-deployment. • Maintaining source repository locations.
• Supporting and conducting testing during server release upgrade cycles.
• Troubleshooting and optimizing Tableau workbooks.
• Developing and executing processes using Tableau utilities for site copying.
• Creating and testing new and existing workbook artifacts.
• Demonstrating familiarity with Windows functions.

Basic Required Qualifications:
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to problem-solve proactively in situations with incomplete information.
• Effective communication skills to understand and address business needs for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
