Key Responsibilities:
- Open to working 24 hours a day, seven days a week, voice process, rotating weeks off, work from home, and candidate should have double immunisation completed.
- People with analytical problem-solving skills who can comprehend problems and address consumer concerns.
- The ability to think quickly and solve problems so that clients’ problems are handled independently, completely, and effectively.
- Being proactive and treating customers with the utmost regard.
- Effective time management, making sure every interaction with consumers adds value.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Any Graduate.
- Excellent communication abilities to respond to and handle client issues through chat, emails, and phone conversations.
- CEFR scale for communication: C1, C2
Preferred skills:
- Customer Service->Technical->Regular – Service Desk-> Voice->Chats->email Chats
