Job Description: Trainee, Expense AP

Position Overview

The Trainee, Expense AP role entails overseeing the management of service delivery provided by the HBC India team to support the company’s Accounts Payable process for processing Expense invoices. This includes handling tasks such as invoice receipts, approval and processing, as well as resolving any issues that may arise to ensure efficient payment processing.

Key Responsibilities as a Trainee, Expense AP:

  1. Process expense invoices, check requests, and expense reports regularly.
  2. Review, code, and accurately process vendor invoices.
  3. Perform monthly reconciliations.
  4. Maintain a large number of vendor accounts while adhering to company policies and procedures.
  5. Enter data related to accounts payable.
  6. Review and resolve invoice discrepancies.
  7. Audit and process credits.
  8. Address and respond to vendor inquiries.
