Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deliver web-based applications and services using Java backend technologies such as Java 8, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
- Deliver new features and improvements in a fast-paced environment as part of a growing engineering team.
- Mentor other developers on web, backend, and system development.
- Constantly evaluate the product’s architecture, performance, scale, and user experience.
- Apply Object Oriented principles like SOLID, DRY in the development process.
- Work closely with product managers and cross-functional groups to develop product requirements.
- Research new technologies and incorporate their usage into new products or services.
Qualifications:
- 0-3 years of experience in Java backend development.
- Strong knowledge of Java 8, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
- Familiarity with distributed event streaming platforms like Kafka.
- Working experience in technologies like Elasticsearch.
- Knowledge of distributed caching.
- Exposure to Oracle database.
- Good knowledge of data structures and distributed systems.
Good to have:
- Experience in k8s, docker.
- Knowledge of Reactjs/Redux.
